(1) If any institution violates the instructions given in accordance with Section 18, the bank may issue a warning for correction or may ban any of the activities of that institution. The bank may suspend or revoke the license of such an organization if it violates this instruction three times or if it does any of the following actions. (c) If the bank does not act in accordance with the instruction to make improvements or to make any specific arrangement in relation to the specified time, (d) If it is not renewed in accordance with the Organization Registration Act, 2034 and Section 7 of this Act. Before issuing the cancellation order, the bank may, if it deems it necessary, conduct the necessary investigation or examination in that regard. (3) Before canceling the permit according to sub-section (1), the bank shall give the relevant institution an opportunity to submit an explanation.
